Wrong themperature when using Yahoo

Bug Description

Now yahoo weather site display 11 degrees Celsius for my city https://www.yahoo.com/news/weather/russia/rostov-oblast/rostov-na-donu-2123177/ , but the weather indicator show only 4 degrees.
Other parameters like Humidity, wind spees and Feels like look good.

It seems that the data from Yahoo comes with a big delay and changes only a few times a day. Although the Yahoo site is updated much more often.
Also, when you select Yahoo, there is no weather status icon (an icon with a question mark is displayed).
