version 0.6.9-0extras14.04.3, ubuntu 14.04, popup transparency gone after last update, stays on top and blocks other windows

App stopped working before last update, works fine now and info seems to be correct, but the recurring pop-up notifier is no longer transparent. It blocks all other windows, cannot be moved, and I can find no setting to help solve this issue.

Love the app, hope this can be resolved.

Fix did not work here. Still not transparent, still not moveable.
