Recently I've begun losing my widgets after switching back to the built-in display of my notebook because they were previously placed off the limits, e.g. "wp1-x": 1366 whereas it should be "wp1-x": 1047 now .
I wonder if it's possible to prevent this by using another methodology like the distance from the right edge instead of the left edge, etc.?

Linux Mint Rebeca. My widget does not fix in position. After system or session restart it resets wp1x-x to zero. It's very annoying because it reappears on the left top corner and I always have to drag it back to it's place. I have tried many times to modify the parameters in config files but no go. Any advices would be very handy. Thanks.
