Bug Description
The default weather service (open weather map) is giving totally inaccurate weather for my location. The desktop widgets say that it is raining very heavily while the forecast windows shows cloudy. In actuality, it's clear.

I live in Berlin, Germany, and I notice also how inaccurate the GNOME Shell Weather extension is, since they switched to openweathermap. Right now it's indicating "proximity shower rain", which I find hard to believe, since it's very sunny, with hardly a cloud in the sky.
The previous Yahoo weather service was much more accurate.
