Bug Description

I got a key for the free API yesterday (after WWO said they had updated things) and tried to use it to activate that in my weather preferences and I couldn't get it to activate.

PM me if you want to try my key out.

The problem is the url must have changed so you will need to edit "worldweatheronlineapi.py" which on my system (Precise) is in this dir: /opt/extras.ubuntu.com/my-weather-indicator/share/my-weather-indicator/

You will need to be sudo to make this change.

In the URL variable edit the start of the url from:

    http://free.worldweatheronline.com/feed/

to:

    http://api.worldweatheronline.com/free/v1/

No fix here. Upgraded to latest v 0.6.3 in Precise where MWI was working perfectly with with Worldweatheronline before but now cannot access it any more...no activation available. Still works with Openweather and forecast details good in drop down but N/A when opened.
Also applied the upgrade in 12.10 with no change...MWI will still not load. Here I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but no good. Also in 12.10, cannot run MWI in terminal...almost as if it doesn't exist?

Try deleting the hidden config file:- .config/my-weather-indicator/my-weather-indicator.conf. Then run from the terminal :- /opt/extras.ubuntu.com/my-weather-indicator/bin/my-weather-indicator & disown. Or reboot the PC.

@ John Cottier. Thanks for input. Tried that with no result other than having to reset location but still cannot activate Worldweatheronline. Checked "worldweatheronlineapi.py" as per #1 above and URL variable is already as Cas says it should be, so as before it no longer works.
