Bug Description
On some network, the gratuitous arp sent when moving a VIP is picked up by other hosts on the same subnet, but not by the switch. Removing the -A option fixes this problem.
Furthermore, the -A option appears to be unnecessary when -U is used, even on other networks.
From the arping man page:
-A The same as -U, but ARP REPLY packets used instead of ARP REQUEST.
