Bug Description
Right now search results are returned in alphabetical order
possible better results might gotten by
number of categories record is in (fewer is better)
days past 6 months since last update
category name in text of program name
search term in
each critera might be given weighted score, the scores might be added
and results might be sorted in dessending order by total score.
Looking at academic search engine literature might be useful here
