Use profiling tools described in O'reilly Perl testing developers notebook

suck production apache logs into db parse them to build a re-playable
load testing script that mathces our actual usage.

run the load script at 2-10 times actual speed.

Find bottlenecks, fix them.

mv_profile command profiles individual scripts.

Devel::NYTProf is installed and comes with instructuions on profiling in a mod_perl environment
