Users are allowed to put ',' in the contact first or last names.

When it comes time to send reminder emails, the reminder.pl script sends

first_name lastname , <email address hidden>

a comma is a delimiter for multiple email addresses, the email server
attempts delvery to first_name, last_name and <email address hidden>

See below:

Alternatively the email reminder script(s) should strip out commas ';'
and other potentially problemtic chars before sending email.

relevant bit from bounce message below:

                   The mail system

<email address hidden> (expanded from <Jodie>): unknown user: "jodie"

<email address hidden> (expanded from <Minahan>): unknown user:
"minahan"
