Wish: Less cluttered theme

Bug Description
I really like the mustard app, but I think the dents are really cluttered with the username, time stamp and client information. Although those labels are in a smaller font, I don't think it helps with regards to clarity.
If you compare the twitter app:

with mustard: http://
the fonts are all equally sized, the user name is bold, and the time stamp is grayed out and floated on the right side, and I find the twitter theme more pleasant to read.
Are there any plans to tweak the theme in this regard? If not, and this is something that the developers would like to see (even as a theme configuration), I could offer my help, since I have some experience in Android development.
Again: I like the app, this is just something I think could easily be improved and could pay off well.
