Bug Description

Spammers, sadly, are more and more common on identi.ca these days. However to report them you need the username and ID (which you currently are unable to get from mustard). A report spam option would be a nice feature, maybe in the first click: forward, reply, report as spam.

There's already a function to block a user (which also flag him).
There's no API to flag a user AFAIK

What should "Report as spam" function do?

How about generating a message, something like:

"@support @{user} ID {ID number} is spamming !spamreport ,generated by mustard"

or simply adding a way to find the offender's ID number would allow the user to generate a spam report themselves.

Recently the identi.ca support team has been requesting that we remove the "@" and just give the username, could we please remove the @ in the message for the next release?
