Bug Description

instead of pulling all notices at once, mustard could pull smaller number of notices, and allow the user to go read them as they load.
something like 3 at a time

Oh yeah, that would be useful!
I usually set the number of dents to download to 100 (so I've got enough interesting things to read), but then mustard is unusable for ~2 minutes.

Having notices loading in the background (and also being cached) would be a massive usability improvement because as Emilien mentioned, Mustard is unusable while loading new messages.
