Recognize album artwork with "Album title.supported_extension" filename

Bug Description
At this time, Music currently supports the following filenames for local album artwork (i.e. album artwork which is stored locally in the same folder as the music for which it should be associated):
* cover
* album
* albumart
* .folder
* folder
These filenames must have one of the following extensions:
* jpeg
* jpg
* png
However most applications and programs also support (provided it matches the folder name and metadata album title exactly):
Album Title.supported

The album art is done via the thumbnailer service, so I had added them to the bug report and set the music-app as invalid.
