Is it possible to show the songs' lyrics?

Hi there ;) I was wondering if there could be a new feature for Music app: Lyrics. There's an app called "Cloud Music" which displays the lyrics while playing the songs; I don't know where it gets the lyrics from but there is probably some open lyrics database out there to get them.

Hi Pablo, thanks for taking the time to file this suggestion. Currently the app's design doesn't support displaying lyrics to songs (there is no immediately obvious place to display them). I'm adding the Ubuntu Design team to this request to see what they think. I'm also not sure of how this would/could be implemented from a technical point of view.

I'm pretty sure from a technical point of view there are APIs for getting this (probably just send the title, album, artist), I've seen other apps like Rhythmbox able to retrieve lyrics. However if we do implement this, we should follow what Rhythmbox and support multiple services so that if one disappears the feature does not become useless.
