Music App crashes when starts

Gents,

Thanks for the application, i'm a daily user of it simple and nice.

I'm encountering daily crash on the app when i try to launch it.
I tried to launch it again without success, the only way to bypass it is to reboot the phone 1 or 2 times.

Most of the time, I launch the app when it already connected to a bluetooth speaker.

Where i can found the log for it ?

PS : I might have the same issue with podbird, so might be behind your app the issue.

Sounds like possible media-hub has crashed. Retrieving these logs could might assist in discovering the issue:
/home/phablet/.cache/upstart/application-click-com.ubuntu.music_music_2.4.1003.log (or similar)
/home/phablet/.cache/upstart/media-hub.log
/home/phablet/.cache/upstart/mediascanner-2.0.log

Make sure that you have had the issue occur and not restarted before collecting the logs, as the logs get rotated on each reboot.

Also it maybe worth checking /var/crash for any recent crashes.

So it happened again, without bluetooth connexion.
The only way to solve it was to remove cache and config and then reboot. Only a reboot didn't helped.

From those logs files I have not yet spotted any obvious crashes, so this could be related to stale lock files (bug 1576989). When this next occurs, before removing the cache and config directories check for .lock files and try just removing these first to see if this resolves the issue. If it does, this bug is then a duplicate of bug 1576989.

The app starts to stop while the screen goes black...so I rebooted the phone then impossible to restart the app. I've check .lock file but could find it.

From that specific error message, it appears that media-hub does not exist. This is also now the second time I have heard an issue about starting the music-app after using bluetooth headphones, there I'm going to add media-hub to this bug.
