Bug Description

I've tried listening to music with my arale yesterday and found there's some issues with advancing the playback position and playlist item. It seems to be related to power (phone suspending without usb power), but I've confirmed the music app is not suspended.

Attached please find music app and media hub logs.

Steps:
* disconnect the phone from power
* start album playback
* start another album playback
* move music app to the background
* suspend the phone
* listen!

Expected:
* playback continues according to the play list
* when resumed, the app reports the correct item being played
* when resumed, the app reports the correct playback position
* playback is smooth

Current:
* playback gets stuck at the end of a song
or
* playback switches to a seemingly random song from the previous! playlist
* when resumed, incorrect item is displayed as the one in-playback
* when resumed, incorrect playback position is displayed
* playback can become choppy from second song further

I think it can clearly be seen on the media hub log that the track list is set incorrectly - instead of a full album, it contains just two or three alternating songs.

Confirmed. Also once the songs stop playing, if I wake the phone it's no longer possible to play anything in the music app without killing it first.

Changed in music-app:
status: New → Confirmed
Changed in media-hub (Ubuntu):
status: New → Confirmed

Andrew had reported something very similar on mako [1], so we should be able reproduce locally.

Also, we discussed this a bit and it seems to be due to changes in media-hub3 for TrackList/playlist support that are not fully implemented at the moment.

@saviq, what version are you running? Can you paste the output of "system-image-cli --info" to this bug pls?

I flashed since... but will do if I reproduce again.
