Hi!
Click in the repeat loop icon should change with these 3 states:
1. No repeat
2. Repeat all (all)
3. Repeat just current (1)

There was a wip branch for this, however this will likely be fixed in the refactor with the new support in media-hub for background playlists.

I really think we should try getting this in sooner rather than later. In a video I posted [1] in another bug report, the user thought the repeat indicator was for just 1 song rather than the list. I think having the 3 stages of repeat (like most other music apps) helps to clarify this.
