Bug Description
When a song changes a notification bubble should pop up with options to skip the song or go back to the previous song, this should be optional in system settings and should be a swipable away notification bubble.

I would like this as well, I guess we need to see if there is an API in the sdk to allow us to do this currently or whether this would have to come from the platform via media-hub. I also feel this is important for a converged device.
