Bug Description

Currently an imported song will be added to the library correctly, but when it plays the existing queue in the user's Music app will play instead of the imported song.

To reproduce:
1. Open the Music app
2. Tap the toolbar
3. Tap the overflow icon in the header
4. Select "Clear queue"
5. Navigate to the Albums tab
6. Select an album with at least 10 tracks
7. Select "Play all"
8. Close the Music app
9. Open the Browser
10. Navigate to "jamendo.com"
11. Find a song to download
12. Select to "Open with" the Music app
13. When the download is finished, select "Open"

Actual results: When the song imports, the existing queue plays instead of the imported song.

Expected results: When the song imports, the imported song plays and replaces the existing queue.

It should be noted that if there is only 1 song (maybe a few) in the queue this bug does not appear. Therefore, this seems to be a timing issue in restoring the queue.
