Bug Description
In the music app in the store (2.0.745) when the the user is in the library empty state, the empty state dialog does not appear. Also, the user is able to hit the play button on the toolbar and go to an empty "Now Playing" view.
The "noMusic" property is not being set to "true". This appears to be due to "allSongsModel.
To reproduce:
1. Move your Music directory to ".Music"
2. Restart mediascanner by executing "restart mediascanner-2.0"
3. Launch the application and notice that there is no "No music" splash and the "No Playlists" and "No Recent" empty states work (when they should be disabled).
Expected results: Each view displays the "No music" splash and the toolbar play button is non-functional.
