[Remix] Renamed playlists do not get changed in recent list

From remix v1.3.713, when a playlist is renamed if it has an entry in the Recent tab, it is not updated with the new name. This causes the playlist entry in Recent to have no items in it.

To reproduce:
1. Create and populate a playlist
2. Play that playlist
3. Go to the Recent tab and select the playlist, note that it has items in it
4. Click the edit button (left-most) to edit the name of the playlist
5. Go back to the Recent tab and note that the entry was not updated and the playlist has no items.

Expected results: Step 5 results in the name being updated and the same songs being included in the playlist.

Noting that this got marked critical as there are side effects that also cause the app to become unresponsive in certain situations.

The fix for this bug doesn't appear to be working in the current app (bzr revision 729). The change in revision 720 seems to have broken this.
