Ubuntu Music App 2.0 "remix"

Bug Description

The readme file should include at least instructions to:

- build the project
- run the project
- run the tests

Currently there is only a readme file for translations.

Agreed, we do need a "README" or "README.developers". We'll be restructuring the code as part of an overall redesign effort shortly. I've targeted this bug for that milestone.

Leo, we added a README.autopilot after we added some prerequisites for running the tests due to the removal of mocking. Let me know if you think there is anything in it that is needed. The README was borrowed, in most part, from the Clock app.
