some mp3 files can't be played on flo

Bug Description

hardware platform: Nexus 7 2013 WIFI (flo)
software version: devel r179

reproduce step:
copy some mp3 file to ~/Music on Nexus 7

expected result:
the mp3 shows on Music tab and they can be played/paused/resumed normally.

actual result:
some mp3 files don't show up on Music tab
some mp3 files can be played but system no response after pause
some mp3 files lead system no response after copy to device and the device even can't boot up after reboot

Hi Shuduo! Can you please post the application logs under/home/phablet/.cache/application-click-com.ubuntu.music_music_1.3.558.log? I'm not willing to test your mp3's when you claim they cause your device to not boot. Also, could you pose the /home/phablet/.cache/mediascanner-2.0.log file as well.

Hi Thompson,

I attached the /home/phablet/.cache/upstart/mediascanner-2.0.log here. But sorry the hang issue can't be reproduced today although it was reproduciable 100% yesterday. I will update if it appear again.

Only issue is the first attached mp3 and third one can't be discovered. They were able to be discovered at last month MAE event so I suspect it's a regression.
