please support fast scrolling like with address-book-app

Bug Description

The address-book-app recently added a cool scrolling feature. Once you start scrolling, on the right a clickable/scrollable alphabet pops up allowing for fast navigation. This would be a neat feature for the music-app in any of the list views (eg, Artists, Songs, Playlists, etc).
