Bug Description

Version:

music-app:
  Installed: 1.2ubuntu2bzr428trusty0
  Candidate: 1.2ubuntu2bzr428trusty0

Steps to reproduce:

1) Install music-app from the PPA

Expected results:
mediascanner is installed as a dependency

Actual results:
mediascanner needs to be installed manually

2) Run music-app on the desktop

Expected results:
mediascanner-service is run automatically if not running yet

Actual results:
mediascanner-service needs to be fired up manually

The linked branch should fix 1).

For 2) that depends on how mediascanner itself is run. It might be worth asking Satoris or jamesh for that.
