Play queue from previous session should be resumed on app launch

Bug Description
The play queue of the app should be saved so that when the app is started again it can either:
1) Preload the queue with the previous session's queue
2) Upon selecting play with an empty queue load the previous session's queue
Personally I would prefer option 1, but this open for debate. This is an extension of bug 1297166.
