When no playlists exist added playlists do not have correct song counts until app is restarted

Bug Description
Any initial playlist(s) do not have the correct counts reported in the Playlists tab.
To reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Playlists tab
2. If the app has no playlists skip to step 6, otherwise
3. Expand each playlist item and delete the playlist.
4. Restart the app
5. Navigate to the Playlist tab and ensure that there are no playlists, if there are playlists repeat steps 3 and 4
6. Navigate to the Songs tab
7. Expand a song
8. Click "Add to playlist"
9. Click the "New playlist" button
10. Enter a new name and click the "Create" button
11. Select the playlist with the name entered in step 10
12. Navigate to the Playlists tab and note that the playlist created in step 10 reports that it has 0 songs.
13. Click on the playlist created in step 10 and note that it actually has 1 song
