Bug Description

This happens in Playlists, Songs, Albums (although Albums should be a horizontal grid; see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-ux/+bug/1240029) and Artists.

In the Artists tab, there is something else going on, too; when clicking on one of the artists, the header is transparent and items are shown under it. But I am hoping that this will not be an issue anymore if https://bugs.launchpad.net/music-app/+bug/1238801 gets fixed.

Desired solution

Default behaviour of headers is: when a user scrolls down a vertical list, the header should disappear. When scrolling back up, the header reappears.
