Bug Description

When trying to use mplayer in fullscreen, it does not paint the rest of the desktop black like it should...
Interestingly this works with -vo sdl, but all other outputs seem to behave odd in musca.

to reproduce: play a video :)

Also, try:

mplayer -fs -fstype none <movie>

..with all -vo drivers. Please report any behavior change.

Theoretically "-fstype fullscreen" should set _NET_WM_STATE_FULLSCREEN, but so far with xprop I'm not seeing mplayer set that atom under any circumstances on my test box.

I found one driver that does work: vo -sdl

will try the others too tommorow.

alright... the -fstype none solution kind of works - there is still a transparent part at the left and right edge of the screen and i think the aspect ratio is not 100% correct. this seems to be true for all output modules
