[Dashboard] Murano doesn't allow user to choose already deployed components in dropdown

Steps:

1. Install murano and murano-dashboard from master
2. Upload some complex app from a.o.o (for example WordPress) with all dependencies
3. Create environment and add Mysql and ApacheHttpServer to it
4. Deploy environment
5. After deployment add Wordpress to environment
6. On app's dynamic UI forms try to choose already deployed component in corresponding dropdowns

Expected result:
 User can choose mysql and apache which were deployed recently to complete WP's wizard

Actual result:
 Murano opens wizards for new components creation

    Apply new type format if used

    After [0] service type can have new format and
    this patch applies this change to get list of services by
    provided fqns.
