Bug Description

Looks like our lib is not completely changed during dev-cycles.

We need to use MURANO_BRANCH, MURANO_PYTHONCLIENT_BRANCH and MURANO_DASHBOARD_BRANCH appropriate to branches.

For examle, in master branch we have:
https://github.com/openstack/murano/blob/master/contrib/devstack/lib/murano#L24-L29

In stable/kilo we have the same lines, but this is incorrect
https://github.com/openstack/murano/blob/stable/kilo/contrib/devstack/lib/murano#L24-L29

We should change defaults for kilo and juno to the appropriate parameters.
