Incorrect example - dynamic UI definition specification in murano incorrect example

The example at the bottom of the page: https://docs.openstack.org/murano/latest/admin/appdev-guide/muranopackages/dynamic_ui.html is inaccurate. The text right above the example states:

Besides field-level validators, form-level validators also exist. They use standard context for YAQL evaluation and are required when there is a need to validate some form’s constraint across several fields.
However, the example does not show a form-level validator.
An example of a form-level validator can be seen in the Windows Active Directory app:

    Add form validator example to documentation

    In the existing UI documentation, there is a code example
    that is suppose to include a form validator but does not.
    This change will add the form validator to the code example.
