Bug Description
When configuring a murano app, if a required field is left 'empty' and the "Next" button is clicked, an error message is displayed. In some cases, however, no error is displayed, and clicking the "Back" or "Next" button does nothing.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to App Catalog-
2. Navigate to App Catalog-
3. Add the Apache HTTP Server application to the environment
4. Configure the application. On the second step: Do NOT select an image from the "Instance Image" list. Click the Next button. Click the Back button. Nothing happens. You cannot go to the previous or next step.
Expected results:
Display an error when the Next button is selected. Move back to previous step when the Back button is selected.
This happens for only certain types of fields. For example, fields of type 'integer' and 'string' if marked as required, will display an error. Fields of type 'image', 'keypair', 'securitygroup', 'volume', and possibly others, display no error and the user cannot move to the previous or next step.
This is seen with devstack (pike-rc1) on Ubuntu 16.04
