[dashboard]All Deployment History incorrectly formats warning status

The all "Deployment History" page shows a red underline underneath any Status. Inspecting the Status reveals that "warning" is always placed in the class list for the Status table cell. However, the "warning" class (and hence red underline) should only be shown for warning/error statuses.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make an environment.
2. Deploy environment (make it to the last status(success or failed)).
3. Go to "Deployment History" page.

Expected result:
The latest deployment should be "Successful" or "Failed" and no red underline should appear inside its table cell.

Observed result:
The latest deployment should be "Successful" or "Failed" but red underline is present in table cell.

    Fixes Deployment History page incorrectly formatting status.

    Currently, the all Deployment History page always adds a
    red underline underneath every status table
    cell, even for those in a non-error/non-warning status.
    The red underline should only appear for error/warning status.

    This patch ensures that only error/warning status has the red underline.
