Bug Description
Then I want to deploy murano-application from a image, where muranoagent already installed and started.
I got a virtual machine with muranoagent whiche started twice.

Fixed opportunity run muranoagent twice
The variable name $PIDNAME doesnt exist, therefore we can
start murano-agent twice or more.
