Update documentation (and possibly packages) to include installation of io.murano.applications

Starting with newton release we now have io.murano.applications framework alongside the core library. Murano installation documentation should include mentions how to install this app. (or rather every app in the murano's /meta/ directory)

Optionally as part of this bug — it would be great to update deb and rpm package specs.
