Packages with different versions aren't displayed when trying to add app with specified dependencies from parent class to environment

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Upload ApacheHttpServer package with version 0.0.0 and name "Apache Http Server"
2. Upload ApacheHttpServer package with version 1.0.0 and name "Apache Http Server v1" (add to manifest file line "Version: 1.0.0" and make .zip from package)
3. Upload Wordpress package with modified ui.yaml file (change server type to "io.murano.
4. Upload MySQL package
5. Create environment
6. Add Wordpress app to environment, click on "Add application" button under "HTTP Server" label
Expected result:
Two ApacheHttpServer packages with different versions should be available in drop-down list
Actual result:
Only one ApacheHttpServer package which was uploaded last (in this case version 1.0.0) is available.
