All tabs are reloading during the deployment to delete last component in env

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Quick deploy ApacheHttpServer.
2. On the environment details page delete Apache from the components of environment.
3. Click "Update this environment" button.
Expected result:
Only "Components" tab of the page is reloading with some interval while update is running.
Actual result:
"Deployment history" and "Latest deployment log" are also reloading.
