Update version of resource files in cloudify example application

To work with the latest Cloudify test environment (http://getcloudify.org/guide/3.2/quickstart.html), resource files of NodeCellar example murano application should have version 3.2.1.
Currently in the README file of the app the version is 3.2.

    Update version of source files in cloudify example app

    To work with the latest Cloudify test environment, resource files
    of NodeCellar example murano application should have version 3.2.1.
    This patch fixes it in the app's README file, so user will use
    correct version of files.
