Version of Cloudify client in Cloudify plugin requirements is outdated

To be able to use the latest Cloudify test environment (http://getcloudify.org/guide/3.2/quickstart.html), it is needed to have Cloudify Python client of version 3.2.0: http://getcloudify.org/guide/3.2/apis-rest-client-python.html
Currently requirements file of Cloudify Murano plugin contains this line:
cloudify-rest-client>=3.1
This version should be changed to >=3.2.
