Bug Description

It would be nice, for UX if for the app packages that doesnt have NamingPatterns for instances, that this value can be altered from the murano.conf file, something like the nova flag "instance_name_template" so when the private/public cloud that serves the packages can "brand" their name into the instances or be more user friendly
