Throw error information when using unicode charactor to filter applications or Packages

1.Locate to these two pages:

Horizon->Murano->Application Catalog->Applications

Horizon->Murano->Manage->Package Definitions

2.Input the unicode characters in the Filter TextBox.

3.Click Filter Button.

4.Throw error informations.
