[UI] Problem with dropdown category list

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in Web UI
2. Navigate to "Murano" > "Manage" > "Categories"
3. Create a bunch of categories
4. Navigate to "Murano" > "Application Catalog" > "Applications"
5. Click on "App Category" dropdown
Also if category name is too long, dropdown becomes huge since dropdown width is not restricted
Observed result:
Dropdown list takes too much space.

I suggest we limit it to 20 items and add completer. mostly js re-work
