Bug Description

UX change. When user changes an already deployed environment it will be great to rename "Deploy environment" to "Update environment" or "Apply changes". This will remove a confusion for the user which might think that the whole environment will be redeployed from scratch.

Georgy, but environment actually would redeploy and we can distinguish, witch services were updated, so in dashboard all services would be in deploying state.

Georgy, are you referring to adding a similar capability to how Stacks can be updated through Horizon?

    Change "Deploy Environment" button

If environment already has deployed services, and new ones are
added, button "Deploy Environment" changes to "Update
Environment". It removes confusion for the user who might think
that the whole environment will be redeployed from scratch.
For deployment of multiple environments at once the button is
still called "Deploy Environments" in any case.
