[dashboard] Download package uses '.package' extension; should be .zip

Description:

test to download package , gives invalid extension

Steps to execute:
-----------------
1. Login to murano UI
2. Click on Murano -> Manage
3. Click on Package Definitions
4. Click on More -> Download Package

Actual Result:
---------------
Selected Package will be downloaded by name <appName.package>.
Rename package to appName.zip , than unzip to get the package

NOTE: Tu use this downloaded package , user has to rename file ext to .zip.

    fix package download file extension

    When downloading a package, the filename contains .package extension
    which is if no use. This commit changes the file ext to .zip so that
    when downloaded the package archive can be unzipped
