Keystone endpoint and muranoclient URL mismatch

As a result of changes in https://bugs.launchpad.net/murano/+bug/1318794 and https://bugs.launchpad.net/murano/+bug/1298477, the keystone catalog URL is mismatched with muranoclient, at least as configured by devstack.

Muranoclient makes requests to e.g. v1/environments, but at the same time the devstack setup script installs a keystone endpoint at HOST:PORT/v1. As a result, unless MURANO_API_URL is overridden in the dashboard, it makes requests to /v1/v1/environments.

    Removed version prefix from the endpoint urls

    The service endpoint being registered in Keystone should not contain the version suffix,
    as the different versions of an API should co-exist at the same endpoint
