[dashboard] 'Service' and 'Application' terms are mixed in UI

All 'Service' occurences inside an Environment panel must be replaced with 'Application' or something else - as soon as we decide how to separate 'Application' entity in AppCatalog (a class of a particular Application) and 'Application'/'Service' entity in the Environment panel (an instance of a particular Application).

The new term for 'an Application in an Environment' is decided on last community meeting using voting, it is 'Component'.

    Rename all visible mentions of "Service" to "Applications"

    No we use "Application" term in Application Catalog. Some "Service"s
    in Environments panel should be rename to "Component", but in a
    separate commit.
