Bug Description
*Steps to reproduce*
1. Log in WebUI
2. Create new Environment
3. Click on 'Create Service' button in created environment
4. Select Linux Telnet Service
*Observed result*
User can see some problem with layout because checkbox is located before his title
Note:
Maybe need to remove one word "Service" in the description of this step of wizard
