Update UI definitions to the latest supported version

Currently all apps have 2.0 version on UI definition.
But in liberty 2.1 and 2.2 was introduced in thie blueprint https://blueprints.launchpad.net/murano/+spec/dynamic-ui-specify-no-explicit-name-field

So all UI definitions need to be updated with the following changes:

name field should be removed from the list of fields and from the Application section.

Not it is added automatically.

I have a question about this bug.

Do we have some reasons or backgrounds to remove the application name from the DashBoard UI?

I make a snapshoot about Apache Http Server.

If the application name can not be input by user, it feels some strange.

take a look at this blueprint
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/murano/+spec/dynamic-ui-specify-no-explicit-name-field

name field is needed only for dashboard and is't involved in app deployment.

in 2.2 version name added automatically on the last step of wizard
