Use manifest.yaml instead of manifest.yml

Better to use manifest.yaml instead of manifest.yml, because:
  1.Yaml suggest to use .yaml when possible:
     http://www.yaml.org/faq.html
  2 .yaml is more popular.
     In aol search(www.aolsearch.com):
The file's path is murano-apps/CloudFoundryDiego/package/Resources/scripts/manifest.yml
